Tomorrow I am going on a juice fast for hopefully 7 days. I have appointments where I'll have to be weighed in, add to that pms bloat so this seems to be the best way to go about everything for now. I'll just be consuming lots of water and low calorie sf juice. I hope this keeps things evened out. There is nothing more mortifying than to step on a scale in front of other people and have a disgusting number appear, even worse is watching their sickening grin they they think comes across as friendly approval but its really not.

Time to start getting ready for summer!!
